Aráiz Suministros Eléctricos, S.A. is the result of constant evolution, which we have put into practice since starting out as SUMI-3, S.A.
The company was founded in 1977 to specialize in the distribution of electrical materials to sectors including industrial automation, the service sector, residential sector, pneumatics, lighting, climate control, home automation, telecommunications, etc.
Today, backed by the top brands, for which it is an authorized distributor, it is a benchmark company, playing an essential role in its customers’ growth.
For over 30 years it has developed new solutions, brought innovation and improvements to its various areas of operation and added the manpower needed to maintain and increase the systems, technologies and materials that underlie the production process, so as to cover the huge possibilities of industrial automation.

In January 2009, it became part of the prestigious organization GRUDILEC and, at the same time, the European organization IMELCO. This was one of its corporate successes.
In 2011, it gave itself a new challenge: to present the market with a change of name and corporate image, which was done to consolidate the brand and its family origins.
