Grupo Peisa originated in Gandía (Valencia) in 1978, when it opened Peisa Gandía, the group’s first shop. This was followed by Peisa Castellón, Peisa Valencia, Peisa Lorca, Peisa Barcelona, Peisa Madrid, Peisa Alicante, Peisa Alzira and Peisa La Mancha. These years of experience have allowed it to grow into a team of people with a great knowledge of the field in which they work, which allows customers to enjoy professional technical assistance of a very high level, supported by on-going training services in its on-site classrooms.
Grupo Peisa has had Quality Management System certification since 1999 and Environmental Management System certification since 2007, which guarantee its way of working, as it is a prestigious external organization, Aenor, that certifies that its systems operate correctly. In addition, all Peisa supply houses are waste collection centres, to facilitate the management of electrical and electronic waste. Also, since 2013, the company has been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and publishes an annual Progress Report assessing the Group’s ethical conduct and social commitment.
The company complements its range of products with an exclusive online service, Peisanet, where customers can consult stocks, retail pricing and changes in rates in real time in order to draw up quotes using up-to-date information, manage or find out about the status of their orders at any time of day or night, print out invoices, download copies of their delivery slips as needed, etc. Registered users also receive a regular newsletter, PeisaInforma, containing interesting news on product campaigns, legislation and training actions.
The company’s materials catalogue contains only the top brands. A high level of stock and a large number of references are stored in its warehouses, which, combined with its excellent logistical organization, allows products to reach the customer in top condition and in the least possible time. Through the companies to which Grupo Peisa belongs, Grudilec and Imelco, it can provide geographical coverage for domestic purchasing needs and international assistance, in places where the members of these two organizations have a presence.
